Joel Zerr is a Hearing Aid Specialist. Joel is originally from Gainesville, FL and moved to Myrtle Beach in 2019. Joel attended the University of Florida and started working at US Hearing Solutions in 2018. Joel began working in the hearing industry in 2018 and was drawn to the profession because he loves helping others connect with their friends and families.
What Joel loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing that first moment a patient hear clearly in years. Joel yearns to be the best listener for his patients so he can provide truly outstanding patient care every day in his clinics. Outside of saving hearing live, Joel can be found experimenting with recipes in his kitchen on the weekends while listening to an old samba record.
Nichole Preston, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Nichole Preston is our Patient Services Coordinator and is new to Jacksonville, recently relocating from the Orlando area. She is a step-mom to 3 wonderful kids and loves spending time with her dog. Nichole really enjoys helping people and working with patients to assist them in attaining their best hearing.
