Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee
Tom started in the hearing healthcare field in 2022. He is originally from Pennsylvania where he studied music and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. He has taught private lessons and performed professionally for over 25 years on a wide variety of musical instruments.
His goal always is to serve others in any capacity he can and after helping people learn to play musical instruments, he is now focused on helping those who are struggling to hear their friends and families. He is passionate about auditory and brain health as he cares for those in his community wishing to hear the world more vibrantly.
He currently lives in Fort Myers, FL with his wife Brittany and son Robert Ried. In his free time, he enjoys writing songs for his son and spending time outside in the beautiful Florida sunshine with his family.
Nichole Preston
Patient Services Coordinator
Nichole Preston is a Patient Services Coordinator. Nichole is originally from Jacksonville, FL. Nichole attended Seminole Community College and started working at St. Johns and Merrill Road in 2023. Nichole began working in the hearing industry in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because of her love of helping people.
What Nichole loves most about saving hearing lives is the joy on a patient’s face when they can hear well again. Nichole strives to make patients feel comfortable and at home in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Nichole loves hobbies such as crafts and spending time with her family and dog.
