Met Tom Wilson he noticed i had a feedback problem and made a few changes , sound is great and no more chirping . Best its ever. Worked , Thank you . Cleaned and adjusted All is good . Excellent customer service, the lady at the front desk is very kind and attentive to the patients, the place is super clean, the Doctor is very good and professional, he takes his time with his patient and is attentive to all the patient's needs, I recommend this place 100% thank you very much

My experience with Tyler Blatchford has been exceptional. He is a super nice, friendly person. He has been very patient with me and is very good at explaining everything along the way. This is my first set of hearing aids so I really appreciate the extra time he has given me. The front office staff are also wonderful. Very helpful and extremely nice. It's been a very pleasant experience and I am grateful. I highly recommend them. Both the St. John Avenue and Jacksonville Beaches location.
